Why we love it: Shared rooftop terrace, views, proximity to The Guadalquivir River promenade
This is proper historic Seville, tucked away in the El Arenal neighborhood, putting the city’s biggest sights within easy reach. The interior here, however, is anything but old and fusty, decked out in a very considered modern scheme in soothing neutrals and a wealth of materials and textures, adding interest at every corner. High ceilings, wooden floors, and characterful decor give the apartment a warm, lived-in charm—and there’s access to the building’s shared rooftop terrace, where sweeping views of the cathedral provide the perfect backdrop for sunset drinks after a day exploring. The Guadalquivir River promenade is just steps away, while landmarks such as Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar of Seville are an easy stroll through the pretty Historic Center.
