Disney Cruise Line has revealed the name of its next Wish class vessel.
The new cruise ship, which had its steel cutting ceremony in August 2025 and is currently being built at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany, will be called Disney Believe.
It is due to launch in 2027 and will be the fourth Wish class cruise ship, joining Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny.
Like its sister ships – the enchantment-themed Disney Wish, adventure-themed Disney Treasure and heroes and villains-themed Disney Destiny – Disney Believe will be dedicated to “promise and possibilities.”
Few details have been released but an update from Disney Cruise Line said the ship will be “filled with powerful stories of Disney characters who believe in themselves, in their dreams and in the promise and possibility of a better tomorrow.”

The cruise line said Disney Believe will draw inspiration from the magical world of Encanto, the wishing wells of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and the depths of the sea from The Little Mermaid”.
Similar to the other Wish class ships, guests can expect immersive dining experiences. The current fleet includes Marvel, Frozen, Rapunzel and Lion King-themed dinners as well as shows such as Hercules.
There is no information yet on which character will appear on the stern or the identity of the bronze statue for the new ship’s Grand Hall.
Passengers can currently see a giant model of SpiderMan hanging off the back of Disney Destiny, which launched in November 2025.
There is also a statue of Black Panther in its Grand Hall.
The Disney Cruise Line fleet continues to expand and the aim is to have 13 ships by 2031, including Disney Adventure, which sailed its maiden voyage from Singapore on 10 March.
A new class of ships is being developed in 2029 and there is an agreement with Disney and Oriental Land Co to introduce Disney cruise sailings to Japan in 2029.
