Since opening an intimate, cozy 26-seat tasting room in 2017, it has also become one of the best craft-cocktail spots in the city. Where else can you sip a beautifully made drink while gazing upon the copper vats where the spirit was made? Drinks, however creative they may be here, allow the spirits to shine. Try the Forager, an intriguing mix of bourbon, persimmon, mandarin, and rosemary, or the Earl Grey Sour, made with Earl Grey infused gin, citrus, and frothy egg whites. If you’re having a hard time choosing, go for a flight like the “Amari,” a series of house made amaros. Come to appreciate the fine tunings of a local distillery—for only $13 apiece, a relative bargain when it comes to Boston craft cocktails.
